Antoinette Hertsenberg Journalist van het Jaar
Het vakblad Villamedia heeft Antoinette Hertsenberg uitgeroepen tot Journalist van het Jaar 2009. Het is voor het eerst dat een vrouw met de eer mag strijken. Hertsenberg, eindredacteur én presentator van het programma Tros Radar, dankt de uitverkiezing aan de berichtgeving over de kredietcrisis en in het bijzonder over de DSB Bank. Het programma heeft onder de leiding van Hertsenberg een journalistieke topprestatie geleverd, vond de jury. Die bestaat uit de redactie van Villamedia magazine aangevuld met de adviesraad; Cisca Dresselhuys, Ad van Liempt, Tony van der Meulen en Tonie van Ringelestijn. Eerder werden Joris Luyendijk, Ben Rogmans en Bram Vermeulen tot Journalist van het Jaar uitgeroepen.
De uitreiking van de prijs vindt op 12 januari plaats. Minister Ronald Plasterk zal Hertsenberg toespreken en de prijs overhandigen.
